Thank you for your support of the CART fund and our work to find the cause and the cure for Alzheimer’s Disease.
This is a refresher on the procedure for making CART deposits.
1. No checks should be mailed from any “participating” Rotary Club or Rotary District to the Post Office Box in Sumter except from District 7770.
2. Individual Clubs should send their checks to the person designated in each District to receive and deposit CART funds. This designated person will keep an accounting of the contributions received from each club in his or her district.
3. All deposits should be made directly to Wells Fargo by the designated person in each District given that responsibility.
4. Deposit tickets should include the number of the District to which the deposit is to be credited. Please put your district number to the right of the Cart address and NOT under it. Your district number cannot be seen when we pull up the information online if it is written below the account name listing.
