CART’s Executive Director, Bill Shillito, has announced his plans to retire from his position shortly. He has led the CART program since 2010, and has more than doubled the participating number of Rotary Districts during his tenure. We wish him the best on his retirement!

The CART Nominating Committee is looking for a replacement for PDG Shillito. The primary requirements for experience are having served as Past District Governor and having worked with the CART program for at least four years, preferably as a District CART Chair.

You can obtain  a copy of the Executive Director’s Position Description by contacting us if you or someone you know is interested in filling this position.  The primary requirements for experience are having served as Past District Governor and having worked with the CART program for at least four years, preferably as a District CART Chair.

If you have interest in applying, please contact President Bill Parker or Immediate Past President Woody Sadler. The position of Executive Director is key to the CART program because the Executive Director carries the continuity of CART as we volunteers rotate in and out of leadership roles. We will look to fill this position as soon as the most qualified applicant is identified. But we can never express enough gratitude and appreciation to Bill Shillito for what he has done for our organization, and we look forward to celebrating him and his successes this coming year.
